1. Collation of all submitted entries by the CRASoN staff for Desk Assessments
2. National Assessors starts the Preliminary Desk Assessment
3. Site/Field Visits by the State Assessors and the Local Coders/Assessors – Assessing and Evaluatingall the submitted entry nomination documents based on each locations
4. The College of Voters to evaluate the Assessors’ reports and vote the top five entry nominations from each category of awards and Submit to the College Jurors.
5. The Jurists cross examined all reports and top five nominations made by the College of Voters and declares the Nominees List opens and make press releases

To take place in One State each across the Six Geo-political Zones of the Country

November 15th

1. October 31st. The Nominees List is out and the Online Voting Portal Opens for Nominees to advertise to their members, friends and families to vote them to have more points ahead the final adjudication, Assessment and declaration by the College of Jurors of winners.
2. November 15th. The Online Voting Portal Closes 12am and points scored collated and sent to the College of Jurors to be added to their scores to arrive at the final Grand winners for each category
