Project CoopCOUNT® ‘Naija360-National Co-operative Directory’just like the World Co-operative Monitor project, has an intent to redefine a new process of data collection, integration, and analysis, culminating in the creation of an annually updated database containing economic and other social data to monitor and demonstrate both the economic and social impact of 360 largest co-operatives in Nigeria and as well monitor and see the level of impact all the government (Federal, States & Local) co-operative regulatory and educational institutions have on the promotion, organization, development coupled with the sustainability of Co-operatives within their jurisdiction. This will also be the basis for awarding the best and most outstanding cooperative organizations and individuals annually as we promote them to the world. Hence it’s all about showcasing the socio-economic impact of Co-operatives!
