Chief (Mrs.) Bisiriyu is the Most Outstanding, Dynamic and Versatile Award Winning Executive Secretary in Nigeria; she is a cooperative administrator par excellence who turns around the fortune of the Cooperative Movement in her home state in Nigeria.
She is a well-read woman that believes so much about formal education and personal development having studied Public Administration at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta and Cooperative Economics & Management from the Prestigious Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan. She grew along the corporate ladder from the rudiment of an Account Clerk in 1982 when she first got employed and rose at various levels of work space to the very top of her chosen career today as a Cooperative Administrator, Professional and Practitioner Par Excellence.
Currently, as the Executive Secretary of Ogun State Cooperative Federation Limited she has served and still serving at various committees and capacities at the State, Regional, National and International Levels of cooperative matters across board especially as regards supporting the Youth Cooperatives and Promoting Women and Gender Inclusion in Cooperatives.
She is a well-traveled Executive, who has participated and represented her State and Nigeria at several Regional and International fora, and attended many national and international meetings, seminars and conferences on and about Cooperatives amongst which are; Cooperative Federation of Nigeria (CFN) Seminars, Workshops, and Pre-Congress Conferences in Ibadan, Bauchi, Akure, Kaduna, Ekiti, Lagos, Minna, Abuja, Owerri, etc More so, are the International levels at World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) Seminar Ghana 2001, International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) Africa Meeting in Tanzania 2006, ICA Africa meeting in Rwanda 2012, ICA Global meeting in South Africa 2013, ICA Africa meeting in Kenya 2015, and Mashav training in Israel 2016 to mention but few.
For her selfless Social and Economic Development activities within the state in 2010 was honored with a Chieftaincy title of BEERE (meaning 1st Female Child)of Ogun State Cooperative Movement. And in 2014 in recognition of her commitment to spiritual growth and religious obligations was called upon by the religious body Nureideen Islamiyat Organizaton and Bestow the referred title of Iyalode Adeeni of the organization.
Mrs. Bisiriyu won several awards to her kitty, amongst which are; the 2012 Long Service Award of her organization the Ogun State Cooperative Federation Ltd. The Association of Cooperative Managers Abeokuta Zone in 2015 awarded her as well for her support and contribution to the growth of the body. In 2018, she received the CRASoN National Cooperative Awards as the Most Outstanding Executive Secretary in Nigeria.
She loves reading, watching football, music and travelling.
