He is the project director Future Leadership conference http://futureleadershipconference.com an annually convened gathering of Nigerians, promoting good values, supporting individual initiatives and empowering youths who are committed to personal transformation for the purpose of facilitating societal transformation at all levels of our society.

He Co-founded the Watchman youth empowerment Scheme www.watchmanyes.com whose focus is to assist Youths with the acquisition of skills for self-reliance; he is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Gathering of Ennobled Minds (GEMS) Foundation. He owns a media company Delords dream light media limited whose Digital Marketing arm is Viraltizing Media www.viraltizing.com. He co-founded a Made in Nigeria shoe making business Kassbedge Global Limited with two other partners.
His drive to become an entrepreneur came in 2004 after an experience made him call off his college study program to pursue a life of self-discovery and mastery through personal development and selfless services to the society. He decided to build several personal development skills and knowledge which today has helped him in building lives and businesses and also using his personal life’s journey of building businesses and organizations without a college degree to inspire others.
